These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phdteam platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any services. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the phdteam website and its services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with phdteam in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use phdteam, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
- You must not be a resident of any country or territory where accessing this type of service is prohibited.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing wagers.
phdteam reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one registered account on phdteam. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. phdteam will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify phdteam support promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Account details — including your registered name and payment information — must match your verified identity documents. Discrepancies may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until resolved.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using phdteam, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from any conduct that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or engage in collusion with other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Harassing, threatening, or acting in a manner that disrupts the experience of other users.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on phdteam — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for ensuring their funding sources are authorized for use on the platform.
Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful verification by the payment processor. phdteam is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, and subject to identity verification requirements. phdteam reserves the right to perform additional checks before releasing funds. Funds deposited into your phdteam account are held for gaming purposes only and do not earn interest. phdteam is not a bank or financial institution.
6. Limitation of Liability
phdteam provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdteam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
phdteam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
phdteam does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. In the event of a system error affecting the outcome of a game or transaction, phdteam reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state where technically feasible.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
phdteam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
- Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.
- Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these terms or applicable law will be returned to the account holder via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completed verification and applicable processing times.
8. Intellectual Property, Third Parties, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property. All content on the phdteam platform — including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and design elements — is the property of phdteam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services. The platform may include references or links to third-party services, payment processors, or game providers. phdteam is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of third-party entities. Your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes to These Terms. phdteam may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email where applicable. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines.
